Construction in Progress!

Here are a few shots from the construction phase of the new lower school addition!



Summer Information!

Just a few summer notes to update everyone:

*Trinity will begin its PreK-4 program this 2011-2012 school year. The information concerning this outstanding new program is on our website. Please contact our admissions director, Monica Lott at mlott@trinitywildcats.com for more information.

*Lower school students PreK-4 through 5th grade must wear shoes beginning this 2011-2012 school year while on campus due to safety, health, and hygiene reasons.


Important Upcoming Dates:

*Supply Box Pick Up  (Monday- Friday), August 1-5  (8 a.m. - 3 p.m.)   Pick up Supply Boxes in the LS Science Lab area--you will need to come into the LS office to have your name checked off the receiving list then over to the LS Science Lab area to pick up your supply box. 


*Class rolls:

Kindergarten class rolls should arrive in the mail between July 22-26th. If you do not receive a kindergarten roll by Tuesday, July 26th, please notify the lower school office.

Grades 1-5 class rolls should arrive in the mail between July 28-30. If you have not received your child's class roll by Monday, August 1st, please notify the lower school office.  


*Before School Classroom Meetings  Monday, August 8th (please read following schedule for specific grade level times)

In an effort to value your time and still be able to give you much needed information, we have partnered with the PTO for our back to school meetings this year!  This will allow you to have a meeting with your teacher before school starts, a time to prepare your child's desk with supplies, and a brief PTO meeting---all combined into one meeting time for you!  (Note: this night is designed to allow parents a time to visit the room and get to know the teacher. Childcare is not provided on this particular evening.)


5:15-5:50   *PreK-4 Classroom Meeting (Room #113) Main LS Hall
*Kindergarten Classroom Meetings (Kindergarten Bldg.)

6:00-6:25    General PTO Meeting in Willett Hall w/ light refreshments

6:30-7:15    Grade 1-3  Classroom Meeting with teacher, Room mother info/sign up sheets, forms you need to fill out will be on your child's desk during this time, you may also bring chair packs and school supplies to pack your child's desk for the first day of school!  This helps the first day of school (Aug. 10th) run smoothly for everyone.

(Parents from Grades 4-5 will remain in Willett Hall and a tour of the new lower school building will be offered.)
