January 3 - Faculty Work Day (faculty/staff only at school on this day)
January 4 - Students return for classes
January 5- Report Cards go home
January 6-Kick off for month long culture study on Spain! (more info coming concerning this LS learning experience)
January 9- Semester Celebration-8:15 a.m. This is a time of celebrating the completed journey of first semester! Individual recognition will include All A's for first semester (both nine weeks), AR Top Readers, Math Fax Competition (4th/5th gr.), WordMasters (5th gr. vocabulary/analogies competition), and Christmas City-Wide Essay Competition. You will be contacted if your child is to be individually recognized during this celebration. (Grades 1-5)
